When should I start noticing an effect from Bushlore tonics?
You may notice a headache as toxins clear in the first 24-48 hours, but you should begin to feel noticeably brighter by Day 4. If you feel a headache coming on, take the herbs twice within five minutes to clear toxins through the blood brain barrier.
Should I stop taking my usual medicines and vitamins if I take Bushlore tonics?
Only stop medication on advice from the prescribing practitioner. Toxic medication will restrict healing benefits. Most natural medicines will work in with Bushlore products.

No – we are not able to diagnose over the telephone.
Is it important to exactly follow the number of doses per day?
You can vary the dosage but taking less Vitamin C will make it less effective.

Do I need to attend the clinic?
If you require a diagnosis you need to attend the clinic, but generally Gregor can develop a good idea of which tonics will be most useful for you if you are able to give him a clear idea of all your symptoms.
Are Bushlore’s products safe for my children?
Yes, these products are safe for children, but they should only be administered in the doses Bushlore recommends for children – generally 50% of the adult dose. Water herbs down 50/50 for young children.
Can I overdose on your products?
No, you can’t overdose on them, but they are most effective if you take them in the doses Bushlore recommends (unless you take over 200mls which is the equivalent of a large cup) and get the runs for a day
